Chinese Fried Rice

1.Rice : 2 Cup,
2.Vanaspathi:6 tb sp,
3. Cinamon :2 stick,
4. Cloves : 4 nos,
5. Salt required,
6. Water : 4 Cup,
7.Large onion: 2 nos,
8.Ginger :1 piece,
9.Garlic :4nos,
10. Carrot: 100gm,
11.Beans :100 gm,
12. Cabbage :100gm,
13. Capsicum :1 no,
15.Pepper :1 tsp,
16. Eggs :2nos,
17. Minced meat :100 gms

Fry the rice On 4 tbl spoon Vanaspathi with cinnamon and cloves .Add 4 cup water and required salt and cook it well.Fry the chopped onion in two tsp Vanaspathi.When it becomes brown mix the ginger and garlic paste . Stir still its aroma emits. Add chopped vegetables (items 10, 11 and 12). Add required salt and pepper .When vegitable is half cooked Add capsicum and celery. Mix cooked rice and stir it well in low flame. Mix well with Soya sauce and chilly sauce.Add Bornless cooked and minced meat (100 gms) and two scrambled eggs can make the dish non-vegetarian. Garnish the dish with fried onion , cashew nuts and kismis.
